UPT Phone Interview
What’s up guys,
Got an invite yesterday from MNANG for a phone interview on the 17th of this month. Kinda stressing since the first interview is so soon after the invite. Has anyone here done a phone interview for a squadron? If so, what kind of questions do they typically ask? The email stated it will only be 10-15 mins, and if all goes well then the in person interview is in early December. It’d be much appreciated for some pointers.

Congratulations on landing a phone interview! Another step forward on the process! Think of and treat the phone interview like you’re there in person. You can expect some questions that you’d typically be asked by a standard interview board but as well I’ve heard that the phone interview can also consist of questions like “what’s a social outing you’d plan for the pilots on a TDY” and other things like that on being a good Punk/FNG/LT. Best advice is to be natural, genuine, and honest. Good luck!
