Is there any hope for me to fly in the arforce I have a minor red green color blindness

Not 100% sure about the Air Force standards, but my roommate failed his colorblind test when he sat for his 1st class medical. He had to go get a SODA (Statement of Demonstrated Ability) to get his medical done. Basically just had to demonstrate he could tell the difference in color between light gun signals and some other real world… Read more

Air Force dropped colorblind minimums from 75 to 55 on their test, so they are more relaxed than they were ten years ago. Finding a way to take it is the only way you’ll know.
