Hey y’all, my name is Gus I am 23 years old and a 1000 hour flight instructor and contract pilot. I am a senior in college with a goal of flying in the military. I have a back issue that is waiverable and I’m trying to figure my odds of getting a waiver and a pilot slot through the guard, Ideally a fighter slot. Any info would be appreciated, I wish everyone well on their military aviation dreams.
