BogiDope wants your opinions!

Just out of curiosity, if there was a central rush event hosted by BogiDope say twice a year at a location of our choosing, how many of you would show up?

The vision is a weekend conference at a new cool city every year. Say a Friday optional social at a bar/restaurant with all of the candidates, BogiDope coaches and Guard/Reserve POCs. Saturday conference with guest speakers and a “speed dating” type event with as many Guard/Reserve squadrons we can convince to come. There would be a fee for attending the conference but may include some discounts at the hotel/center for block rates etc..

The details are not doped out yet but the theory is in place. The objective being to minimize the financial burden to rushees by centralizing a rush event for multiple units and then to take the social rush events out of the hands of the squadrons so that they can save money, time, setup, cleanup and keep their focus on flying jets.

Looking for everyone’s honest and candid feedback. The more interest you show, the more BogiDope will expand execution.

I know the 144th is going through a transition period (again) as they figure out what will come after the C-Model. There is a lot of talk of EX going to Fresno but I don’t think anything is set in stone with the C-Model divesting. This is going to affect their hiring plans. Give this one some time to dope out…
