Something new we’re trying out – video breakdowns of UPT job announcements for members.
This is the first attempt for the upcoming 303FS UPT deadline. Let me know if this is something you guys think would be helpful and if there’s anything we should add/delete for future breakdowns.

This is truly amazing. I really like how not only have the details of requirements been explicitly laid out, but also he talks about the history, the mission, pipeline etc. I’d love to see more like this

I like the concept, and I think for the most part the video was great! It seemed like the sequence could be optimized though:
1. Announce the posting and packet details (This was in the video and was great! Right down to business.).
2. Discuss this specifics of the hiring board (The video also did this!).
3. Discuss the steps LEADING TO pilot training following selection (The video did this too, although perhaps this could be dropped for brevity since most people interested in applying will already know this process).
4. Discuss the steps IN pilot training (The video discussed this, but put it towards the very end. This could possibly also be dropped for the same reason given above).
5. “Trivia.” Plane info, unit info, base info, local area info and attractions, etc. (Was in the video, but went before the process inside pilot training).
6. Wrap up/trailer.
