The journey, the flying, the deployments will all go by in a flash and you’ll be stuck looking back thinking, ” I can’t believe I was able to be a part of something this incredible!”

When I was in ROTC at the University of Florida, a TV series came out called “American Fighter Pilot.” The show followed 3 pilots going through F-15C training at Tyndall AFB. I was obsessed. Sadly, the rest of America was not, because I’m not sure the full series ever aired…but it certainly had me hooked. The Eagle became my #1 choice and I’m proud to say I ended up spending a career flying fighters (to include the Eagle).
