The surface to air threat has always been more prevalent and successful against US fighters. Knowledge of surface to air threats and countertactics is a vital piece of being a fighter pilot.

Big day today with US-Iran talks in Geneva. The Iranians have partially closed the Strait of Hormuz, and The Green Mountain Boys from the VT ANG are among the large US presence in theater in case a diplomatic resolution can not be reached.
