Drones and AI as a force multiplier are inevitable. Additionally, it’s hard not to think that they will continue to be an increasingly significant part of the future force. That said, manned combat aircraft will still be a part of the strategy for the foreseeable future, as evidenced by the NGAD/F-47 program. It’s certainly interesting to think about what the next generation Air /Space Force will look like.
