Ran into a number of formatting issues when importing them into Google Drive. Trying to select just one template out of the document that had a few together led to lots of formatting issues and essentially made it unusable, or at least equal effort to just remake entirely.
Scheduling was fine, but having no indication that I had already purchased the session was confusing. Not clear that the platform had tied the two together at all."

"Twinkie conducted and extremely thorough review prior to the call and was prepared to provide specific feedback to help me improve my application. I'm actually pursing a UCT position rather than a UPT position (which I understand is not the majority). So most of the sign-up questions are UPT focused. May be worth adding a drop down to select UCT applicant instead of UPT or rated as only options."
