Pat was selected for an Air National Guard F-16C training slot in 2000 and graduated from Undergraduate Pilot Training in Columbus, Mississippi in 2001. Over the course of his career, Pat flew the F-16, the F-15C, and the C-130, accumulating more than 4,000 flight hours. Hundreds of those hours were earned as an instructor pilot, flight examiner, and in combat.

Pat concluded his military career as an Operations Group Commander. Through this and other key leadership roles, he gained extensive experience both leading and serving on rated officer hiring boards. Pat is passionate about helping the next generation of aspiring military aviators find the right opportunities to launch and grow their careers.
