By accessing BogiDope services, including memberships, coaching, courses, analytics, and community features, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

1. No Government or Military Affiliation

BogiDope LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of:

• The United States Department of Defense
• The Department of the Air Force
• The Air National Guard
• The Air Force Reserve
• Any military hiring board, squadron, or government agency

The views, thoughts, advice, and opinions expressed by BogiDope content, employees, contractors, or coaches belong solely to the individual speaker and do not represent the U.S. Government or any military authority.

BogiDope does not participate in, influence, or control any military hiring decisions and does not act as an official application system or evaluator.

2. Conflict of Interest Policy

All BogiDope consultants and coaches voluntarily remove themselves from any internal hiring activities associated with military hiring boards. This includes refraining from:

• Reviewing applications
• Conducting formal interviews
• Providing recommendations on who should or should not be hired

BogiDope consultants and coaches will not disclose non-public or insider military information that could create an actual or perceived unfair advantage.

This policy applies regardless of whether a consultant is currently serving, formerly served, or has informal familiarity with hiring processes.

3. Nature of Services & No Guarantees

BogiDope provides educational, advisory, and informational services, including but not limited to:

• Membership access
• Coaching and mentoring
• Educational courses and materials
• Interview preparation
• Community forums and discussions

BogiDope makes no guarantees regarding selection, hiring, career outcomes, or eligibility for any military or civilian position.

All Services are provided for educational purposes only.

4. Relationship to MilRecruiter LLC

BogiDope LLC does not collect, store, or act as custodian for applicant application data or applicant personally identifiable information (PII).

Applicant submission, storage, and processing services are provided exclusively by MilRecruiter LLC, a separate affiliated company, and are governed by MilRecruiter LLC’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Access to MilRecruiter functionality through BogiDope systems (including Single Sign-On) does not make BogiDope the data controller or custodian of applicant information.

5. Confidentiality

BogiDope will use reasonable efforts to protect confidential information provided by users. However, BogiDope may disclose information as reasonably necessary to:

• Operate and support the Services
• Comply with legal obligations
• Enforce these Terms
• Work with contractors, processors, or service providers

This section does not create a unilateral non-disclosure obligation in favor of any user.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Certain Services require payment and may be offered on a subscription basis.

• Payment is required prior to access
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce)
• BogiDope does not store payment card information

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not available after 30 days from purchase
• Accessing digital content constitutes delivery of services
• No refunds for partially used subscriptions
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension

7. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All BogiDope content—including courses, guides, videos, templates, and community materials—is owned by BogiDope LLC or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, scrape, train AI models on, or publicly release any BogiDope content without express written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not violate third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.

BogiDope is not responsible for user-generated content and may remove content at its sole discretion.

9. Community & App Usage

BogiDope offers community forums, apps, and discussion areas for educational purposes.

• Opinions expressed are those of individual users
• BogiDope does not verify credentials or advice
• Users are responsible for their conduct
• Harassment, abuse, or unlawful behavior is prohibited

BogiDope may suspend or terminate access at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BogiDope LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages
• BogiDope is not liable for lost opportunities, hiring outcomes, or career impacts

Total liability is capped at the amount paid by you to BogiDope in the prior 12 months.

11. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class action.

12. Termination

BogiDope may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

BogiDope may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
