Interview was a 2 day process starting with a short AI interview on a Wednesday, followed by VTC Interview w/ an Air Force Officer.
AI interview - post interview, my recruiter mentioned it was essentially just a practice round for the real thing - in fact the questions ended up being the exact same. 5 in total, with the AI system then adding 3 'games' that were similar to the TBAS - letter memorization, shape matching, which got progressively harder, and then a personality type test (which picture identifies you etc).
The questions for the AI and actual interview were in the topics of:
- Why do you want to be an Officer in the Air Force
-TMAAT where you had to adapt to a changing environment
-TMAAT where you brought together a group of different individuals towards a common goal
-TMAAT where you faced a highly stressful situation and was able to maintain composure, what did you do, what were the results etc.
-TMAAT where you demonstrated integrity, where perhaps it didn't benefit you to do so etc.
Overall it was quite peaceful, 45min in total - and I could definitely see how the approach you guys have of building several stories that can apply to different scenarios was key - as well as your personal 3 prong approach which I used several times - and the hard hitting ending in the "questions for me" section at the end.
The BogiDope sessions brought things to the next level.
