Definitely unit dependent on how they do accessions. I’m probably biased, but I think the reserve does a pretty good job hiring based on merit and potential. Obviously having a reputation good or bad with people in the unit can affect the decision. If the recruiter you’re working with isn’t making it happen for you, find a new one. If you…
