I showed up early and greeted, then taken to a waiting room until my interview time. Formal procedures by knocking on door, march in and salute. After that it was laid back and casual. The board consisted of 5 members that each asked a couple questions. After that they just casually talked and wanted to get to know me better.

-Tell me a time that you failed
-Tell me a time that you had a disagreement with a supervisor
-Tell me a time that you were in a stressful situation
-Tell me a time that you failed and bounced back
-Are you interested in being an Airline pilot
-A few Private pilot questions, nothing too hard
-A situational question “What would you”
-These Bogidope coaches are awesome, and I highly recommend at least doing one interview prep session with them.
-Go into the interview with confidence and be yourself. Show them how bad you want the job.
-Come up with different stories to personalize your answers.
-Take a extra copy or two of your pilot package in a nice binder to pass around
