I had one of the moments during my topography checks. “Huh. I’ll have to send this one off to get reviewed”
Ended up being nothing but the waiting was stressful. It sucks and we’ve all been there. Wishing you good luck!
Cheers

Yeah I feel like naturally I’ll be curious about everyone else. I’ll be sure to focus on my stuff, I already have a flight physical and 2992, just not a pilot one. I’m confident my vision and everything else is good.
I guess I’m more curious/worried about the retina topography check, but I guess I don’t really have any control over that stuff…

Just try to go with the flow while you’re there as a lot will be out of your control. Your peers are all in a different boat so try not to compare your experience especially if you require more testing or follow up. As long as you get the all clear that’s all that matters! Make sure to spend some time at the museum too it’s awesome. Good luck!

I’m a Warrant Officer and I had my flight ratings and a degree and I don’t regret it at all. With the National Guard you get a guaranteed pilot…

What are your biggest question’s about Army Aviation?
How competitive are National Guard helo spots? I’m currently applying to air guard fixed wing slots, but I would be just as happy (possibly happier) with a helo slot…
What does the process look like? Is it more traditional in the way that you use a recruiter to join? Also what are the risks? Can you join to fly helos then get told you’re…
