Dude those are great questions and truthfully the USAF is struggling to answer. .
I’m an F-16 FAC(A) (Misty) and so CAS is my bread and butter but F-16 FACs are relatively uncommon and even rarer of the F-35 side.
The SEAD (weasel) mission is definitely transitioning to the F-35.

Arkansas F-35
There’s an under-stated F-35 base at Fort Smith Arkansas. They probably won’t hire a ton of UPTs since they’re a instructor only squadron.
That said it could be a great second assignment either as a way to get to Arkansas or into a F-35.

The captial guardians get traded!
The 121st FS, long the DC ANG is being transfer to the MD ANG. According the article traded for the Washington Commanders and a bridge.
Sounds like very little will change for the 121st but the real story here is the closure of the 107th FS (A-10) near Baltimore.
