Thanks for the reply Nico, and well said! Rushing can definitely be cumbersome, and your first time at the squadron can certainly be intimidating and awkward. The biggest thing is don’t try to hard and don’t try to little. Ultimately, being yourself, having a few meaningful conversations, and being likable are the keys to success.

I know there’s been a couple of rush events and interview weekends recently, so I wanted to reinvigorate this thread.
Does anybody have any insights to share about their experiences over the last couple of months?
Always good to hear how these visits go and if there were any lessons learned.
