I was told by the test control officer to total all columns and complete all three rows at the bottom w/ signature.
I ended up submitting a PDF printout of my electronic logbook but it included totals from all categories to include total time, PIC, landings, approaches, day/night, XC, and dual received, etc. AFPC accepted that.

Quick update: Holloman AFB is the primary for F-16 FTU. Highest likelihood for assignment. Luke AFB is now fully out of the F-16 (USAF) game. There are no more TX/FTU there, just the RSAF squadron who is posturing for a move to Ft Smith, AR. Kelly is now running 2x FTU per year. Tucson is still also running an FTU.

A: Vipers have several units for follow-on training.
Active Duty AETC Bases: Holloway AFB New Mexico is the primary. Luke AFB in Arizona is used primarily for TX courses but I still hear of UPT students getting dates for there.
