I’m hearing a lot of units are hiring 2-3 this board, and that makes sense.

Ops tempo is high. Training pipelines are healing. Airlines are hiring. Units are moving iron, converting missions, rebuilding benches, and trying to get healthy again.

And honestly, there are not that many top-tier candidates.

So yes, I would expect a dozen BogiDopers to get hired in the next 7 months.

And then…more hiring.
