UPT Applicant:

Paragraph 1 = Attention Grabber (Unique interest/connection to the mission/area)
Paragraph 2 = Why you will be successful throughout pilot training?
Paragraph 3 = Why you will be a good leader, officer, and/or crew member?
Paragraph 4 = Wrap up / Call to Action

Rated Applicant:

Paragraph 3 = How will your non-flying background provide value?
