The “game” has been a massive help and I have seen my scores improve with each practice test! The stick portions of test feel like there is some sponginess and lag that adds some difficulty, but it is an incredible tool! I highly recommend giving the program a shot!

Previous flight hours seem to only slightly factor into selection. You want at least 60 for the PCSM boost that it gives you.
