CHAOS,
Thanks for the details! Do you know what the AFOQT cut offs were for aa, verbal, and quant? I’m trying to get a baseline not only at NOLA but other fighter squadrons as well. I have 99 AFOQT pilot/ ABM, 85 CSO, and a 99 PCSM. 3.94 CGPA from an aviation college (with flight training done at the university). AA, Verbal, and Quant afoot…

The Air Force has a lot of ways to become an aviator. This may be niche, but if anyone has questions on becoming an aviator (or cross training from one rated position to another) after receiving an active duty commission, just reach out.
I used the AF to pay for my eye surgery after commissioning in a non-rated career field. Then once I received…

@_Deez_ How did you end up flying the Growler? Sounds like an incredible opportunity. Thank you!

@_Deez_ Are you with the USAF growler squadron at Whidbey? We have had a long history with the EW mission since the onset of the Russian Sam systems in the 1950s.

I think the BogiDope community is officially on a hot streak! Congrats to Vidur @vidur-thukral , who teamed up with us to prepare for multiple interviews. Vidur had been selected as an alternate at multiple fighter units and kept pushing. His most recent interview was with Portland, and this time he hit the bullseye! He has been selected as…

Thanks @CHAOS ! Special shout out to @CHAOS (you) @snip @Husky @Humpty @Nikki for all being there to help me with this process. The sessions helped a lot in shaping my story and having access to many instructors helped recreate the feel of unfamiliarity which helped going into an interview. Stoked to have a chance to join the… Read more

Nice! Thanks for all the feedback and to those of you who provided additional training tools. If anyone else has some good gouge on any training aids that they’ve found helpful, please continue to share them with the community.
Collaborate to graduate!

Thanks for the follow-up @Chainsaw! Glad you had a good time. From what I’ve been told, they had close to 600 applicants. They used the invite-only rush as their first way to trim candidates based off of AFOQT (All categories) / PCSM / Age / Resume. For those that made it to the rush, you should feel confident that your application is…

This is a great practice program: https://tbastestprep.com/ I recommend getting a joystick and throttle so you are practicing like the real test.
