I had a similar situation happen with my flight hours when taking the TBAS about 1 year ago. I had around 100 hours at the time and the results website reported I had zero. IHC_NoleI was told by the test control officer to total all columns and complete all three rows at the bottom w/ signature.
I ended up submitting a PDF printout of my electronic logbook but it included totals from all categories to include total time, PIC, landings, approaches, day/night, XC, and dual received, etc. AFPC accepted that.
