HUSKY was awesome! Super helpful, gave a ton of insightful comments on my resume / cover letter, and was very open about any questions I had on my application. Helped to highlight different parts of my resume that, while present in my previous draft, needed a bit more highlighting.
Being someone who is constrained on money (student loans, rent, car payments, flight school, and a job that doesn’t pay great) I think a cheaper course would have been easier. This was sort of something that Husky and I discussed that I didn’t know about. A lot of the kids who can afford these courses may use their family’s past wealth to pay for it. Given that I don’t have that luxury, it becomes a bit harder. Therefore, a cheaper course would have been financially easier for me.
Please note, this is not at all a reflection on the quality of the session with HUSKY. HUSKY was awesome, super prepared (even sent me stuff outside of the mentoring session), gave insightful comments, critiques, and provided more realism about the squadrons that I would not have otherwise known.
Overall very happy. Could be cheaper.

I purchased the 1 Hour Interview Prep Add-On and chose to work with D.J. as I was prepping for a C-130 interview. I found this to be incredibly helpful. D.J. was awesome to work with. He gave me his undivided attention and even worked with my tight deadline. As a C-130 pilot himself, D.J. was able to provide insight to the perspective the hiring board would have and what they were trying to determine with each question. D.J.’s coaching style was the perfect balance of honest/critical and encouraging. After 2 sessions with him, I felt confident and prepared for my interview and was hired by a C-130 unit!
