Don’t wait! Apply NOW!!!
It will take 12-24 months before you rush, get the interview, hired and then sent to training.
Will joining an AFRC or Guard Unit to improve your chances of getting hired? It depends.
I always tell my clients to evaluate “what’s important to them” when they make that decision.

Quick update…
Server migration is 96.9% complete. Still working out some minor bugs but most of the big items we’re aware of have been resolved. The biggest one remaining is the our event calendar isn’t compatible with the new server, so we’ll figure out a different way to post the events until we can find a long term solution. Reminder…
